Cancellation Policies

Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (some exception exist). The hotel has the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to these conditions (after having informed the client).
Holiday tax, Following your reservation, a booking agent will contact you regarding
our payment conditions. After you have authorised the payment, a
deposit will be charged from the credit card you provided at time of
reservation.
pets and other extras are non-included in the price.

PAYEMENT CONDITIONS (valid from Sept 6th 2004) :
*if a reservation is made more than 1 month before arrival date, 30% is to be paid at time of reservation, the balance is to be paid 1 month before arrival.
*if a reservation is made 1 month before arrival date and in last minute, 100% is to be paid before arrival date.

Any cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Any cancellation between 14 days before arrival and the day of arrival and in case of a no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

DAMAGES DEPOSIT:
This deposit is payable at the moment of check-in and is a 100% reimbursed if:
the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged,
you do the cleaning at the end of the stay, if you don't, the sum will be deducted from your damages deposit

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
