Reception Opening Hours:
8.00 ' 11.00 am and 4.00 ' 7.00 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
8.00 am - 12 pm and 3 - 8 pm (Saturday)

Late Arrival (after 8 pm):
Please inform the residence or the reservations centre if you intend to arrive late.

Key Collection:
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at reception of the residence on presentation of your accommodation voucher.

Deposit:
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 ' (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your chalet. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.
